Short Description:
We are looking for an experienced, curious and well-rounded Software Development Engineer In Test (SDET) to work on our award-winning Peloton digital products. In this role, you will take responsibility for the quality of the products and work closely with Software developers and Product Management to help evangelize and cultivate a quality mindset. You will quickly implement Industry best practice quality methods as well as being the ultimate user advocate to our loyal and growing user base.


Requirement:
● 5+ years of experience in software QA , experience testing on mobile devices (Android/iOS) and/or Web.
● Solid understanding of object-oriented concepts with any OO language.
● Solid understanding of GIT.
● Experience working with engineers to collaborate on test automation scenarios.
● Experience working in a CI environment (Jenkins/GitHub Actions).
● Experience working with cross-functional scrum teams.
● Ability to accomplish complex engineering tasks independently.
● Experienced in implementing test automation solutions and frameworks for complex front
end systems and meticulous about clean, readable, and performant code.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
● Implement test tools and frameworks that will help us release with confidence.
● Work with teams to understand test automation gaps and implement coverage.
● Work with teams to make testing an integral part of the software development process.
● Coordinate testing efforts across teams to ensure delivery of high-quality features.
● Assist in driving adoption of best practices in testing and maintainability.
● Assist in mentoring and coaching.
● Assist in supporting our offshore automation team.
● Advocate for shift-left best practices in the SDLC.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU:
● Experience interacting with REST API and GraphQL for test data setup or testing.
● Experience with Cypress or Playwright automation framework.
● Experience with setting up automation jobs as part of CI/CD pipelines
● Experience with visual test tools such as Percy or Applitools.
