Job Description

Infosys is seeking a Google Dialog Flow Developer. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must be located within Charlotte, NC or be willing to relocate to these locations. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
• Experience with Google Dialog Flow
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:
• 4 years of experience in Contact Center domain with IVR Development Experience preferably in Genesys Cloud
Core Experience in Google Dialog Flow Voice and Chatbot development in CX and ES including integrations with back-end systems.

• Propose suggestions/Ideas to customer to improve design of Voice and Chatbots to have wholistic BOT experience with improved self-service for end users.
• Google dialog flow integration with Google CCAI, Genesys Cloud, Service now and Salesforce agent desktop integrations
• Experience of Google Cloud Functions for GDF development.
• Experience on Node JS/Java Script for Cloud functions
• Experience in Jira
• Good customer interfacing skills, Team management and ability to collaboratively work with different stakeholders in IT and Business
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
