Your role
As an IT Architect you are responsible for the overall design, mapping of client business requirements and ensuring smooth project delivery. The role is required to work with clients to assess current state processes and tools, identify ServiceNow platform solution options, define ServiceNow solution requirements, determine and define integration requirements, and develop overall architecture and implementation plans. You would also provide expert level support and technical mentoring to implementation team, Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow’s capabilities and constraints. You would recognize and develop opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform. Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert at Executive briefings/marketing events.

• 10-15 years of enterprise level application design/architecture experience, with extensive experience on Java, J2ee, middleware and high-volume web based applications design and systems integration
• Experience in designing and implementing complex, multi-tier, multi-tenant, end-to-end solutions in a high availability environment.
• Proven success on projects with large-scale deployments; understanding of application life-cycle management.
• Experience in emerging Cloud technologies and vendor landscape with ability to balance cost against benefits.
• Ability to develop high level design documents addressing the business, infrastructure, security, support and operational needs of a solution.
• Good knowledge on database technologies (Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL) and ETL tools (Ab Initio/Informatica)
• Technical knowledge of the following areas: Java, HTML, JavaScript, LDAP/Active Directory, networking and database administration
• Background and deep experience with ServiceNow are mandatory with accreditations covering the full range of ServiceNow products
• Engaging presentation style, with the ability to control and manage multiple presentation scenarios
• Ability to work on multiple campaigns at the same time
• Good Communication skill
