Your role
In the role of Technology Analyst, you would be involved in developing/implementing new configurations and customizations for ServiceNow. You would also develop ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, one or more Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML and CSS. As developer you would translate functional specifications into logical, component-based technical designs. Your role would also involve in developing and deliver customized portal web pages in ServiceNow, facilitate, and support the rollout of new application and enhancements in ServiceNow. As developer you would also configure ServiceNow Discovery and Orchestration.
Required
- 3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow
- Experience using JavaScript or HTML, good knowledge of web design and relational databases such as MySQL
- Experience in Configuration/Customization of the ServiceNow system including workflows
- Experience in scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality, create script to automate routine tasks being done in ServiceNow
- Worked on specifications from the IT department and delivers a product/release that meets the needs presented
- Load, manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems
- Experience in ITSM systems
- Good Communication skill
Preferred- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- ITIL V3 Foundation Certified
- Experienced in working in DevOps/Scrum
- Self-motivated person with strong analytical and articulation skills
