In the role of a Lead Consultant, you are a technology expert and contribute to different phases of the consulting lifecycle, starting with process consulting, problem definition, and ending with the definition of an overall solution, its design, development and deployment. Within this process, your role is crucial. You will be the foreman of your team throughout the business process to the final work product. You will have the unique opportunity to shape revenue-enhancing business solutions that enable our clients to meet ever-changing global needs.


Knowledge / Skills required
  • Must have SAP PS experience for at least 3 full Project lifecycles and at least 1 in S/4 HANA Implementation Project
  • Experience in HANA Migration & conversion Project
  • Should have experience with CAPEX, Revenue, Overhead and other Customer defined Projects
  • Strong integration with SD, MM, HR, FI, CO, PP
  • Should have worked on Timesheet, Workforce Planning, WBS Scheduling, WBS Planning, Results Analysis, Budgets, Capitalization, Settlement, forecasting processes
  • Should have good understanding of PS S_ALR Reports to track
  • Should have understanding of Claims Register
  • Good experience in writing Functional Specification Documents
  • Experience in SAP Fiori applications
  • Strong analytical skills, result-oriented and effectiveness in problem solving
  • Strong knowledge on S/4 Hana Functionalities (Business Partner, Migration Cockpit, BRF+ and tables in HANA
  • Resource should be champion in solution design and design thinking
  • Successful cooperation with the customer's departments, good understanding of the business processes
  • Supports training of key users at the customer for relevant application area
  • Successful cooperation with the customer's departments, good understanding of the business processes and support in the creation of the technical requirement documents.

Preferred Skills
  • S/4HANA Certification
  • Sufficient ABAP, Fiori, Technical know-how to co-ordinate better with technical teams.
  • Experience working with site business managers and in-depth knowledge of business processes.
  • Good analytical and logical problem-solving skills combined with the ability to grasp new problems quickly.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills at CxO level, managing sub-contractors.
  • Management of a service delivery organization and monitoring of service level agreements.
  • Identification of additional sales potential at the customer and generation of further change requests.
  • Experience with standard processes such as ITIL, ideally with certification.

Responsibilities
The deliverables would be clearly identified and mutually agreed at the beginning of each phase. The typical deliverables that would be created are as below:
  • Configuring the system and providing configuration documents.
  • Creation of Process design documents.
  • Creation of Functional Specification documents as per business needs for RICEFW development and functional testing and certification of such development.
  • Test planning for integration testing, system testing and UAT including defect resolution.
  • Conduct UAT with business users.
  • Creation of any training material with functional information during training to support, handover or transition or end user training.
  • Carry Cutover, go live and post go live support.
