Short Description:


We have multiple opportunities open for an ECM/EDRMS resource:

  • Project Manager
    • Drive assigned outcomes for the project according to the Client’s required standards
    • Schedule management of deliverables related to this Statement of Work (please note: Client’s end to end delivery will be managed by separate Project Manager)
  • Solution Architect
    • Work closely with WP Product Owner and WP domain architects to produce the required architectural documentation (to Client’s standards).
    • Conduct solution gap analysis
    • Work with project team to agree and specify solutions
    • Determine scope, effort and resources required to:
              • specify, build, test and implement the end-to-end solution including any required integration
              • build reports to support the solution
  • Input to planning activities for the execution stage
  • Support preparation of requirements, epics, user stories and prioritise backlog for agile execution.
  • Liaise with the Business Intelligence and Technology functions to agree end to end software environments and refreshes required to support development, testing and training of the E2E solution
  • Business Analyst
  • Work closely with Client’s Product Owner to facilitate scope, requirements and solution workshops and finalise documentation
  • Produce functional and non-functional requirements aligned with Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) processes
  • Review and update/produce process maps based on solution design
  • Build user stories and prepare backlog in readiness for execution phase
  • Input to planning activities for the execution stage
  • Input to showcases
  • EDRMS SME
  • Work closely with Solution Architect and Client’s Product Owner to inform solution target state and gap analysis based on expert knowledge of EDRM Product(s) and how this impact:
              • People and process domain - Corporate Compliance Team and EDRMS Users
              • Information domain - such as standards compliance, metadata optimisation.
              • Application domain - such as configuration settings, process automation (AI), optimised integration with other applications in alignment with client’s standards.
  • Recommend optimum EDRM product configurations aligned to client’s business requirements.
  • Produce EDRM product configuration specification with rationales for recommended settings. The document will also be used as a reference document for the support environment.

  • Migration Specialist
  • Work closely with client’s Product Owner, Solution Architect and Product SMEs of migration source and destination platforms to facilitate scope, requirements and migration workshops.
  • Work closely with Solution Architect to inform solution target state / gap analysis.
  • Produce the Migration Strategy. Specifically address machine learning / migration tools or other techniques to aid migration.
  • Determine scope, effort and resources required to:
              • specify, build, test and execute migration scripts
              • build reports to support the migration
  • Input to planning activities for the execution stage
  • Support preparation of requirements, epics, user stories and prioritise backlog for agile execution
