We are looking for a Data Center Operations Service Delivery Manager with previous experience on below areas:

Strategy & Planning

  • Leading the implementation of new, innovative and CSI initiatives on the customer infrastructure environment
  • Design and implement short- and long-term strategic plans to ensure infrastructure capacity meets existing and future requirements
  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for infrastructure administration teams
  • Participate in the development of IT strategies in collaboration with customer and program team
  • Conduct research and make recommendations on products, services, protocols, and standards in support of all infrastructure procurement and development efforts
  • Manage service level agreements and contractual KPis
Operational Management
  • Manage day to day operations of all infrastructure systems including: Windows server, Virtualization, Storage, Database, Linux, HPC, Azure, AD, Middleware
  • Conduct feasibility studies for various upgrade projects, improvements, and other conversions
  • Define standards in conjunction with owners and stakeholders
  • Manage operational costs; conduct near- and long-term financial forecasts for expanded functionality
  • Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with the internal and external decision-makers, stakeholders, department heads, and end users regarding pertinent infrastructure activities
  • Drive IT asset management, including maintenance of component inventory and related documentation
  • Direct and administrate a contingent of infrastructure staff and where necessary, conduct performance reviews and corrective action
  • Conduct governance meetings with customer
  • Provide technical coordination and planning on the infrastructure services area
Knowledge & Experience
  • 10+ years’ experience managing and delivering infrastructure and operational excellence
  • Exceptional knowledge of infrastructure delivery, as well as successful service level agreement accomplishments
  • 5+ years successful leadership of an infrastructure team
  • Experience planning and delivering an on-premises to cloud migration
  • Experience in cloud infrastructure environments (Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS etc)
