Job Description

Role – Senior Consultant
Technology –
Data Center, LAN and WLAN Operations
Location – Gent, Belgium

  • Expertise in handling Data Center, LAN and WLAN Operations.
  • Experience in handling Incident, Change, Problem, Release and Capacity Management
  • Troubleshoot complex customer network issues (LAN/WLAN) and provide resolution.
  • Responsible for improving performance for the customer network, devices, and services
  • Periodic monitoring of network infrastructure to proactively identify issues and resolve.
  • Generate periodic performance, availability reporting and present into the customer.
  • Meet the SLA and KPI metrics agreed with the customer.
  • Prepare knowledge documents and provide trainings to the junior resources within the team.
  • Identify use cases and implement Automation tasks to reduce the manual efforts.
  • Candidate should have skill on routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), switching protocols, Nexus vPC, Fabric path, OTV and troubleshooting.
  • Candidate should have skill on Cisco Wireless Controllers configuration, Access points configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Configuring policies and troubleshooting on Cisco ISE, Radius servers.
  • Hands on Experience on Nexus 9k, 7k, 2k, Catalyst 6500, 9500, 9300 and Wireless Controllers C9800, 5500 and Access points.
  • Proficient in handling DNS, DHCP related tasks and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge on SDWAN and SDN is value added.

Candidate should have a Good analytical, communication and customer handling skills
