Your Role

As a Lead Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

As a product owner, you will be helping the client to prioritize the requirements based on the business value derived, and play a key role in creation of the backlog, sequencing requirements, leading discussions on the user stories with client, participate in designing the technical solution of the user stories etc.


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required from an accredited institution. Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Engineering will be an added advantage
• Domain LCON interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills. Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams
• Expertise and knowledge in UK Life and Pension areas on Personal Pension Plans, DB & DC retirement products, Pension regulations (FCA, TPR, HRMC, DWP, etc), Retirement Annuity Contract, SEPS, Endowment, Whole of Life, Term Assurance products, QROPS, Pension dashboard, Pension transfer, etc
• Experience working in Fadata or similar Policy Administration systems


• Experience in UK Life Insurance and Pension Services, Products, Regulations
• 10 - 15 years of IT industry experience working in large transformation projects preferably in the Life and Pension Services areas
• Lead, manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, business partners and stakeholder management for a product(s)
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
• Expertise in Investment Management, Fund Accounting, Investment Performance, Asset class exposure – equities, Investment bonds, mutual funds
• Solid understanding of the following requirements models: Stakeholder categories, Non-functional requirements, Gap analysis, Glossary, Context diagram, Data model, Data dictionary, Business rules, Decision tables, Process maps, Requirements traceability and Use cases
• Exposure to working in AGILE environment
• Relevant technical abilities including JIRA, Kanban, Confluence, and SQL
• Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation
• Work with project managers and technical leads to determine scope and priorities for product development cycles
