Manhattan or JDA/BY WMS

· Total IT experience of 2 or 3 years

· Knowledge of SQL (PL/SQL)
Right attitude to learn and motivated.

· Analytical ability, able resolve complex problems(bugs/performance/issues) and reading trace files

· Preferable to have experience working in Peak Season Support


  • L2 support of WMS and WCS application running in Client’s distribution Centers.
  • Provide variety of technical support to the project team; including quality assurance/design review, environment setup, software installation, configuration, report and label generation, operation consulting, troubleshooting, system testing & programming
  • Participate in crisis calls and ensure rapid closure of all priority issues. Track Incidents to closure

Nice to Have:

· Some experience in Manhattan or JDA WMS
