JOB DESCRIPTION

Manhattan or JDA/BY WMS

· Total IT experience between 4-7 years

· Minimum 2-4 years of experience in warehouse management system (WMS) preferably in application support.

· Hands-on Experience on WMS, SQL, SCI and LM

· Experience in WCS application and its integration with WMS

· Knowledge on interfaces between WMS and ERP/Host, TMS, WLM, T&T, Parcel, 3rd party system that integrates with WMS

· Ability to resolve complex problems(bugs/performance/issues) with minimal guidance and reading trace files

· Preferable to have experience working in Peak Season Support

Responsibilities:

• L2 support of WMS and WCS application running in Client’s distribution Centers.
• Provide variety of technical support to the project team; including quality assurance/design review, environment setup, software installation, configuration, report and label generation, operation consulting, troubleshooting, system testing & programming
• Should proactively lead crisis calls and ensure rapid closure of all priority issues. Track Incidents to closure and perform Root Cause Analysis
• Co-ordinate with client and end-users to provide end to end solutions for the production incidents.
• Team Management and capability building

Nice to Have:

· Experience in Manhattan or JDA WMS

Candidate needs to be able and open to assist to the client office in northern Mexico City.
