About the Role:
Infosys Consulting's Oil & Gas Practice is seeking an experienced Digital Consultant with Upstream O & G sector experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Design Thinking / Digital Consulting Engagements in Upstream clients

LOCATION:
Mexico City & Monterrey

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
•Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
•Experience in the Oil and Gas Upstream value chain
•At least 5 years of industry work experience •Ability to travel 4 days a week to multiple local, state and national client locations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 2 years of experience in managerial capacity on Oil & Gas Upstream business area in large enterprise environments

• Experience in working with business stakeholders in designing solution options

• Should have worked on two or three client engagements delivering Digital Consulting Engagements using concepts such as Design Thinking

• Should have worked on at least one project which had an application of Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Machine Learning, Blockchain or Data Analytics

• Understanding of and/or experience on common industry products and their implementation challenges and risks

• Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary.

• Ability to interact with business and technology stakeholders on the client side– strong communications, ability to front-end discussions and workshops

• Business analysis skills – ability to understand client problem and situation and translate them to specific requirements statements or epics or user stories

• Be comfortable to operate in the information technology space

• Be comfortable to work on Excel, PowerBI, Spotfire, Tableau or other data/visualization tools

This job may entail an extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
