RESPONSIBLITIES
Perform direct, indirect, products and services local (Canada) and international purchases.
Negotiate prices and conditions with vendors, prepare comparative evaluation matrix.
Effective attention to urgent requests.
Processing data in SAP (PR to PO, Spot buy).
Follow up until product / service reception.
Client/Vendor calls handling.
Procurement data validation.
Able to work on complex reports.
Assisting team lead in admin tasks.
Capable of leading specific short or long term projects as required from time to time.

EXPERIENCE
SAP background in Purchasing module.
>2 years in Transactional Procurement Experience
>2 years experience MRO (Maintenance, repair and overhaul)
>2 years experience working in a Global delivery environment.

EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent, Business, Admin or related.

HARD SKILLS
Languages – French and English.
Excel skills in a medium/advance level
Good knowledge of MS Office tools/ tracking & reporting
Good email etiquette
Knowledge in MS Excel Macros is a plus
Good reporting skills
