DevOps Engineer :
1.Hands-on experience in setting up Infrastructure as code(IaC) with Azure DevOps Pipeline
2.Hands-on experience with Yaml pipelines and Ansible framework
3.Experience with Azure Repos, branching, code review and code analysis tools
4.Proficient with Git, Git Flow, Azure DevOps
5.Ability to assess the requirement, environment and suggest right tools / technologies
6.Good knowledge on PowerShell scripting
7.Expertise in Debugging and providing solutions and workarounds
8.Knowledge on different monitoring and logging solutions available on Cloud, preferably on Azure(Azure Monitor, Insights, ServiceNow, AppDynamics and Splunk)
9.Excellent communication, presentation, and coding abilities
10.Certified Azure DevOps Expert or DevOps Administrator/Developer (AZ-104/AZ-204 and/or AZ-400 certified)
11.ITIL 4 Certified
12.Knowledge of Agile principles (PSPO and/or PSM certified)
13.Knowledge of CCM platforms and COTS applications

As a Chapter Lead :
1.Skill improvements, expertise and personal growth of IT engineers
2.Ability to fulfil IT gaps within the chapter related to the technology and domain level knowledge
3.Lead key decisions strategic for the chapter such as landscape, roadmap, resourcing etc
4.Arrange knowledge sessions within the chapter on organization roadmap, market trends and latest technologies
5.Alignment with IT Lead, Pos, Enterprise Architects and technology CEOs
6.Strong stakeholder management
7.Strong communication skills written and oral
