Your role

In the role of a Principal Consultant – Digital Architecture, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from problem definition and business architecture to solution architecture, design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in the Digital domain, you will be the key advisor to clients for Digital Architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required
•Proven and demonstrable Architecture, Development and Technical Leadership skills
•Ability to lead high-performing, multi-discipline teams to define digital architecture strategy for clients across industries
•Experience in architecting, designing, integrating and developing modern digital solutions within a micro-services architecture using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
•A track record of building reliable and safe distributed systems, with an appreciation of the trade-offs made during construction
•Deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager, Java (JEE) and Java Servlets
•Experience in open source coding
•Experience in popular eCommerce, digital marketing & mobile platforms
•Good understanding of technical security concepts
•Experience in various AGILE frameworks (SCRUM, KANBAN)
•Experience with automation across testing, continuous integration and deployment
•Experience in troubleshooting problems using technical expertise and problem-solving skills to help restore service, identify root cause and remediate
•Stakeholder Management
•Expertise in facilitation, collaboration, situational awareness and influencing across teams and departments
•Communicating the performance of digital service to stakeholders, including behavioural insights & business metrics

Preferred
•Experience across multiple industries and deep domain knowledge of at least one industry
•Java, Javascript, scripting languages,Type script
•Front end technologies i.e. angular, react
•Adobe Marketing Suits
•Adobe Certifications
•Web packs
•Node js
•REST web services
•TOGAF certification desirable
•SAFE Agile certified, or extensive experience working in a scaled Scrum or Kanban environment
•AWS certification
•Docker or other container management
