Infosys is seeking SAP HR (HCM/SuccessFactors) Lead – S/4HANA Migration .The SAP HR Lead will own end-to-end HR workstream delivery for SAP S/4HANA migration programs, covering core HR, Time, Payroll, Organizational Management, and Talent modules (on-premise HCM and/or SuccessFactors). The role aligns solution design and data migration with SAP Activate methodology, ensures compliance with statutory and data privacy requirements, and leads cutover and hypercare for HR processes across regions.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Quebec, Montreal or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
At least 8 years of Information Technology experience.

Key Responsibilities
Own HR workstream planning aligned to SAP Activate phases (Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run) with entry/exit criteria and quality gates.
Lead fit-to-standard workshops for HR processes; finalize backlog and WRICEF inventory (interfaces to payroll, time devices, benefits, tax authorities).
Design target HR solution for S/4HANA (HCM compatibility packs) and/or SuccessFactors integration via SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
Define and execute HR data migration strategy (employee master, org structures, time balances, payroll clusters) including mock runs and reconciliation.
Own statutory and compliance mapping (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Income Tax, labor laws) and global requirements (GDPR).
Coordinate with Security for roles/authorizations (PA/OM infotypes, structural authorizations, SoD).
Manage integrations: IDoc/OData/APIs for HR-GL postings, time collection, attendance devices, benefits providers, and third-party payroll.
Plan and lead cutover for HR: blackouts, parallel payroll runs, off-cycle payments, retro calculations, and post-go-live stabilization.
Partner with Testing to define SIT/UAT scenarios (hire-to-retire, payroll, time evaluation, year-end), defect management, and release gating.
Drive change management & KT: communications, training content, and support model for HR super users and shared services.
Required Skills
10+ years in SAP HR (HCM) with hands-on experience in Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll; exposure to SuccessFactors preferred.
Proven experience delivering HR scope in S/4HANA migrations (compatibility packs, FI postings, HR-GL integration).
Strong knowledge of HR data migration (LSMW, BODS, LTMC/Direct Transfer), data quality, and reconciliation for HR objects.
Experience with SAP Activate methodology and WRICEF governance.
Integration experience using CPI/PI-PO, IDoc, and OData services for HR interfaces.
Deep understanding of roles/authorizations for HR and structural authorizations.
Statutory compliance expertise (PF, ESI, income tax, labor laws) and GDPR/data privacy.
Cutover leadership for HR payroll/time with parallel runs and rollback strategies.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Hands-on SuccessFactors modules (EC, Time Off, Payroll, Compensation) and integration to S/4HANA.
Experience with SAP MDG for HR-like governance or data stewardship processes.
Automation and testing tools familiarity (Tricentis Tosca, CBTA) for HR scenarios.
Knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM/Solution Manager for test, change, and release orchestration.
Education- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HRIS, or related field.
Certifications
SAP HCM/Payroll certification and/or SuccessFactors (EC/Payroll) certification preferred; SAP Activate recommended.
