Salary: AUD 129,311– 142,018 Annual Gross

Roles and Responsibilities:

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver Private Cloud Modernization initiatives, including platform upgrades, infrastructure transformation, automation, and migration programs. The role is responsible for end‑to‑end delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and in alignment with enterprise standards.

Program & Project Delivery

  • Lead private cloud modernization projects covering infrastructure refresh, cloud platform upgrades, virtualization, automation, and tooling adoption
  • Manage end‑to‑end delivery across project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Drive delivery across multiple streams including infrastructure, platform, security, operations, and applications
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance requirements

Planning & Governance

  • Develop and manage project plans, RAID logs, financials, schedules, and milestones
  • Establish governance forums and provide regular status reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and issues proactively to avoid delivery impact
  • Ensure adherence to change, release, and operational readiness processes

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact between business, technology, infrastructure, and operations teams
  • Manage vendor and system integrator deliveries, contracts, and milestones
  • Coordinate with internal teams including CIS / Infrastructure, Security, Network, and DevOps
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and decision‑making

Financial & Commercial Management

  • Own project budgets, forecasts, and tracking
  • Manage purchase orders, invoicing milestones, and commercial governance
  • Ensure cost optimization without compromising delivery or risk posture
