Infosys is seeking a Core Banking Business Analyst with extensive experience in Core Banking Platform -In the role you will help analyze the issues reported by the business users of Fiserv Signature Platform, define the problem statement, evaluate the solution options and make recommendations. You would also be tasked to elicit and capture requirements, document, and map current business process, involved in creating functional specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes, create process artifacts, manage product backlogs in Agile execution, perform quality assurance to ascertain compliance to requirements. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • Candidate must be located within the commuting distance of Charlotte, NC or Pennington, NJ or Johnston, RI or Dallas, Tx or be willing to relocate to any of these locations. This position may require travel to project locations.

  • At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
  • Strong experience in Core banking platform, modules and integration capabilities, Core Banking Product implementation, Enterprise Payments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Detailed knowledge in Deposit, Lending and Integration modules of Core Banking (Teller/Deposits/Gift cards module)
  • Prefer experience on ARGO teller/platform system, defining and implementing core modernization programs in the Banking industry.
  • Ability to perform Requirement gathering, Mapping current business processes, Performing gap analysis, impact analysis and solution design activities.
  • Hands-on experience in Incident management and stakeholder management.
  • Hands on experience in troubleshooting, Configuration management, testing and Data analysis.
  • Configure the system, manage data conversions, conduct testing, and train end-users to ensure a successful implementation of the IBS platform.
  • Functional expertise in Enterprise Core Banking Software
  • Working Knowledge of Oracle PLSQL, RPG skills are an added advantage.
  • Perform all responsibilities in accordance with Client’s Competencies and Information Protection requirements.
  • Lead team with design of technical solutions to meet business requirements covering Mortgage origination process and interface design
  • Analyzing business needs, designing solutions, and providing technical guidance related to core banking systems
  • Hands on experience in implementing BaaS (Banking as a Service) implementation specialist for the deposit’s module focuses on integrating deposit-related functionalities into a BaaS platform.
  • Hands-on experience in defining the requirement for integrated APIs to make a variety of financial services available directly to their customers.
  • Collaborating with business users to understand their requirements, analyze processes, and propose solutions.
  • Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
  • Willingness to learn new products on the job, Analytical skills, planning and co-ordination skills
  • Experience working in and have good understanding of Development process like Agile, waterfall
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and leverage professional relationships internally and externally.

Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in Pennington, NJ will be Min $76,145 to Max $98,989.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
