Role About:
We are seeking an experienced Content Designer to support a financial services client through a rebranding initiative and the creation of a structured, scalable content ecosystem. This role focuses on designing user‑centred content experiences that balance clarity, compliance, and brand expression across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Design clear, user‑centred content experiences across financial services journeys (e.g. onboarding, education, product discovery, servicing)
Define and apply content structures, content models, and information architecture in collaboration with UX and design teams
Partner closely with Chinese and English copywriters, translators, and sentiment analysts to ensure content works cohesively across languages
Translate complex financial concepts and regulatory requirements into intuitive, accessible content experiences
Create content flows, wireframes, and prototypes that demonstrate how content supports user needs and business goals
Establish and maintain content patterns, guidelines, and standards aligned with brand tone, voice, and compliance expectations
Review and refine existing content to improve clarity, consistency, and usability
Collaborate with product, legal, compliance, and stakeholder teams throughout the design process
Support structured content delivery within CMS and large‑scale content libraries
Ensure content consistency across platforms, channels, and touchpoints
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, content strategy, or related disciplines, preferably within financial services or regulated industries
Strong understanding of user‑centred design principles, content design methodologies, and information architecture
Experience designing content for complex products, services, or systems
Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and risk‑sensitive content environments
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with designers, copywriters, analysts, and cross‑functional teams
Good command of English; proficiency in Chinese (Traditional and/or Simplified) is a strong advantage
Ability to present content decisions clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders
Portfolio demonstrating content design thinking, problem‑solving, and impact on user experience
