Product Manager Technical

Description
We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the definition, delivery, and evolution of complex technical product platforms and services. This role bridges business strategy and engineering execution and requires strong platform thinking, architectural awareness, and hands-on product definition skills.
The role combines product leadership, technical depth, and execution ownership, operating across multiple teams, systems, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, reliable, and reusable platform capabilities.
Qualifications
Required

• 7–10+ years of experience in product management, or software engineering with a strong technical focus.
• Proven ability to write epics, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong background in Java or .NET application development, with solid understanding of application architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud concepts.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with roadmap.
• Act as Product Owner during agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Strong understanding of modern software development, including microservices, APIs, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and distributed systems.
• Proven experience owning and delivering technical products, platforms, APIs, or shared services.
• Ability to read and reason about code and architecture (hands-on coding not required).
• Experience delivering products from concept to launch in agile or hybrid environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Background in software engineering or computer science.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, or microservices architecture.
• Experience with domain-driven architecture, platform modernization, or large-scale enterprise systems.
• Experience in regulated or highly scaled environments.
• Strong use of metrics and analytics to guide product decisions.
