Role and Responsibilities:

  • Total 6+ years’ experience in ServiceNow platform. Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM module,

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in gathering business requirements for ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules,

  • Detailed understanding of ServiceNow table structure, Business rules and client scripts

  • Hans-on knowledge on employee center portal and report extraction

  • Detailed workflow knowledge on service request and catalog creations.

  • Excellent Japanese and English communication skills and stakeholder management.

  • Certification requirements:

  • ServiceNow CSA
