Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Owner with strong experience in Agile methodologies to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for maximizing product value, managing and prioritizing the backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high‑quality deliverables aligned with business and customer needs.

This position is open to internal profiles as well as external candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, manage, and prioritize the Product Backlog, ensuring clarity, structure, and alignment with business objectives.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Prioritize features based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (development, QA, UX, business stakeholders, architecture).
• Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the Agile team.
• Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and quality standards.
• Track and report progress to key stakeholders.
• Use Agile tools, specifically Azure DevOps (ADO), to manage work items and team progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile principles.
• Experience working in Agile environments, ideally within the SAFe framework.
• Proven expertise in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and prioritization.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Agile tools, especially Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
